Windsor Terrace Apartments

I moved into this apt. 30 years ago, the location was ideal since I did not have a car at the time. Centrally located, store, laundromat, bar across the street. Bank next door, bus route stop across the street and at the East end of my complex. The apartments are a 1 bedroom, single level dwelling -quadruplex side to side, back to back with nice patios. Solid block outer waslls, but not well insulated between interior walls. Rent is reaonable, no ammenities. Built in the 60's is my... educated guess. Good management company. I visualized and brought to fruition that vision by starting with a 1 gallon Jasmine pot 25 years ago, my apartment is now 80% covered and insulated by Jasmine including the gate you go through to get on the patio.I live in a small but very solid "old school" apartment. Ideally located as I mentioned earlier and 2 blocks from UF campus, meuseums, performing arts center and beautiful Lake Alice. I call it Home
