An Absolute Nightmare

Prepare yourself to have the following in your apartment with you: hundreds of roaches, rats, snakes, and lizards, flooding from neighboring units leaking in, broken appliances, and more! All things i've dealt with in my time living here. And my neighbors all have the same complaints. Maintenance does nothing substantial. They put bandaids on severe issues because they are money hungry, selfish people.

They get a ton of negative reviews on Google and then they send in a ton of fake positive… ones to trick people. Maintenance staff does nothing. Management will not do anything about your issues, aside from keeping your security depot for being an inconvenience.

My family has been genuinely traumatized from living here.

Roaches

Mold and a lot a lot of roaches. Ac breaks down. They don't fix anything and if you complain you don't get your lease renewal. Good luck

I recommend at 100%

Live in this place like your own home. Quiet place and secure i leave it because i wanted more rooms otherwise i would love to stay until I buy my own house lovely place. You have almost everything in one place.

Complete circus

I have lived here for six months and they claim the gym is 24 hours yet it’s really only open during the office hours. The pool has been broke the entire time the parking is a joke and the management on sight could care less about anything but themselves

Don’t waist money

Poor costumer service, roaches everywhere, Pool is disgusting, gate never works, parking is a headache, they don’t enforce policies, management doesn’t care.
