This waterfront retreat features a private dock, hot tub, kayaks, bikes, and sunset views. The spacious patio is perfect for grilling, relaxing, and enjoying sunset cocktails. There are also sun loungers for soaking up the Florida sun and a backyard ideal for wildlife spotting, morning coffee, and evening unwinding. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, a range and oven, a microwave, a double door fridge and freezer with ice and water dispenser, a drip coffee maker, wine and water glasses, and seasonings.
Guests are responsible for refilling propane tanks during their stay. Nearby gas stations and Walmart locations are less than 10 minutes away and can provide a full refill quickly. Guests can bring up to 2 pets for a fee of $125 per pet, per stay.

A car is recommended for exploring nearby Weeki Wachee, Tampa, St. Petersburg, and other Gulf Coast beaches.
A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. The booking guest must be at least 23 years of age to check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm EST and checkout time is 11 am EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. Unauthorized pets will incur a penalty of $400 per pet and possible cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without a refund. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries) a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry.
