Avana at the Moors is clean, safe, quiet. Management and Staff always courteous and pleasant. I have been a resident for five years. Living experience has been incredibly improved under new ownership, now Avana at the Moors. Very pretty. A complete renovation of the Community.

Before Avana took over, the community was always clean and well maintained. Management was helpful, professional, and proactive. The previous maintenance supervisor spoke English, made better decisions, and ensured repairs were done properly. Unfortunately, the property has significantly declined since then. Because of the poor management and lack of maintenance, I plan to move out as soon as my lease expires. I contacted the manager about the issue with my toilet, but he never responded. I have... also reported the trash and the messy hallway by the valet area, as well as the poor maintenance of the common areas, but nothing has been done. The property's appearance is so poor that I don't even feel comfortable inviting guests to my apartment. It's summer, and the pool has still been closed for two years. This level of maintenance and management is unacceptable.

One thing about Avana at the Moors is that they truly have the best Maintenance team. For any issues or questions they are always so fast and resolve any issues at any time of the day. I was doing laundry around 10pm on a Tuesday when it started to smell a little Smokey I called the emergency line with them and in less than 15 mins we had a maintenance team member come in after hours to unplug and disconnect any electrical connections to the washer and dryer. The next day early morning they came... in and replaced a piece and had the washer and dryer working better than it was before and I haven’t had any issues then. That following day, they stop by to make sure everything was working so really attentive all very respectful 10/10 when it comes to them and the whole team in the leasing office.
