I lived in Latitudes for 12 years and raised my children here. I couldn't have asked for a better community to live in. They are very attentive, courteous and like a family from the management team (Juan and Allison) to the maintenance team (Juan, Jaime and the other guys). Great place to live in and to raise your family. I only moved out as I bought a home, if not I would have continued living there. Thank you for all the memories.

I toured this apartment complex before I moved in 2 years later. The staff and the grounds impressed me and I said if I ever move again I would move here. Fast forward I renewed my lease for the 2nd year here and have fallen in love. The friendly and warm nature of the leasing agents are exceptional. Especially, Nathan, as he is always eager to assist if you have to see him in person at the office. Otherwise, paying online or even ordering maintenance is convenient and same day service.... Convenient location to major highways, shopping close by, schools and parks within 2 miles. There is a gym that you can access 24 hours any day. Also, 24 hour manned gated security at the complex.

I really enjoy living in Latitudes at the Moors. This apartment complex has a very warm and cozy feeling to it: My apartment is a spacious 2/2, with full washer and dryer, and a large screened-in patio. I feel completely safe in my community. I love that it is pet friendly and the people who live in the community are amazing as well. The complex has many activities for families to involve themselves in and the individuals who work in the clubhouse are warm and very inviting. The pool area is... extremely inviting and it's right beside the lake. You want a family friendly or single living lifestyle environment, the Latitudes at the Moors is that place. Lee mas
