Legacy at Hialeah

Been here 5 years. Place is outstanding. Always clean. Very strict when it comes to safety of residents. Love office staff very kind and professional. Organized events for residents on special holidays.

never had any problems here, rent is a good price for what you get, water is included. If anything happens to stop working in the apartment, the maintenance staff gets out quickly and fixes it right away. I heard this building has had a lot of problems in the past with at break ins, but I've never had an issue and I have a brand new 2015. Can't really complain about this property.

One of the best communities in the area, within walking distance of schools, supermarkets and restaurants. Plenty of green areas and foliage. Nice green views from almost any unit. Large living spaces, well-maintained, helpful staff.

I have not reached a year yet and I can say not only are a majority of the residents here rude and nosy, but the manager likes to make random accusations of tenants doing disorderly things and charging them fees for something they did not do simply because she does not have a fondness for them. Might I add these accusations are due to an older lady who stays lurking around with not a very approachable attitude. Things do not get fixed until you finally get fed up and go beyond regular… management and speak to someone that might actually get something done.
