Bad place to live

Hobe Sound Mobile Home Park and Hobe Village Mobile Home Park in Hobe Sound, Florida are the worst managed mobile home parks in Martin County, Florida!! The Park Manager is grossly under-qualified and the Parks are under-staffed. The property Owners do not care about the poor quality of living the Residents suffer through here, including frequent break-ins, property damage and garbage piled all over the street-sides 24/7. Most Residents do not speak up because they are fearful of being evicted... by the Manager at any given time for any reason, legal or not legal. Do not consider moving there unless you are prepared to be subjected to the Manager's selective rules - every Resident has different rules to follow, there is little to no consistency in enforcement of the Lease. Good luck to anyone moving there. God save you.
