Guests must complete identity verification and choose between a damage waiver or a refundable security deposit. The property is pet-friendly. Resort fees are $40 per day for stays of 1 to 14 nights, $35 per day for stays of 15 to 29 nights, and $30 per day for stays of 30 nights or more, plus applicable taxes.
