Nearby attractions include Holmes Beach (1–2 min), Manatee Public Beach (3 min), Anna Maria Island Beach Cafe (3 min), Bean Point Beach (8–10 min), Anna Maria City Pier (10 min), Coquina Beach (10–12 min), Bridge Street (10–12 min), Cortez Fishing Village (15 min), and Robinson Preserve (20 min). The best way to explore Holmes Beach and Anna Maria Island is by car, bike, or golf cart.
Quiet time is between 10 pm and 8 am daily. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. Pets are not allowed, and unauthorized pets will incur a penalty of $400 per pet and possible cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without a refund. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside, and if cleaners determine smoking has taken place, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged. Unless requested and approved in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed, and a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries) a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. The booking guest must be at least 25 years of age to check-in.
Every reservation includes a damage waiver program covering up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay. While the home is regularly treated for pests, they are common in Florida, especially near the water, and sightings may occur. Refunds are not provided for pest-related issues. If booking during hurricane season (July–November), purchasing travel insurance is strongly recommended, as refunds are not provided for weather-related disruptions.
