The condo is located in a prime beachfront area of Holmes Beach. Take a short walk to Holmes Beach Towne Center for shopping, dining, and local attractions. Getting around Holmes Beach and the surrounding area is easy, as the condo is centrally located on Gulf Drive, just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Sarasota and Anna Maria Island are just a short drive away.
Electric golf carts are not permitted on the property, per community rule. Weekday daytime noise may occur due to neighbors’ projects or renovations and other activities, which are unpredictable and beyond our control. Pets are not allowed, and unauthorized pets will incur a penalty of $400 per pet and possible cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without a refund. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries) a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200.

Toiletries, paper towels, toilet paper, and coffee are provided. While we regularly treat for pests, occasional insects may appear due to the Florida climate. We will address any sightings promptly, but we do not offer refunds for this. Additional supplies may be available conditionally, but we cannot guarantee them.
