I been living here for about 5 month. I love it’s right off the US1 close to everything . The roaches issue I had; as soon as I moved in was taking care of. The property manager is friendly, professional and always take care of any repair issues in or outside the apartment. It’s the most affordable place I’ve seen in Homestead and the Lake view it’s a plus.

I have been living here for several months and love it! WIth this community being right off of us1 it is absolutely QUIET! I have no complaints at all. I have seen complaints of roaches, but have not seen one in my apartment to this day. If you take your trash out every day and clean your home, that wouldnt be a problem. The property managers do not put up with drama and excessive noise, you'll be asked to leave.

Despite the beautiful lake view you have, I do NOT recommend these apartments to anyone! The "staff" (husband and wife) will not help you at all! I complained MULTIPLE times about my bathroom lighting cover being broken and nothing was done about it till this day. They also need to work better on there fumigation, I've had several problems finding roaches in my apartment; My family and I clean every weekend disinfecting the kitchen and floors with bleach and somehow still find roaches roaming... around the apartment. You will find yourself dealing with A/C issues, my A/C was broken several times and once it was "fixed" I am stuck with a horrific loud sound every time it turns on. They will give you notices on any repairs happening to your building but they are NOT CLEAR. Beware to move your car when they paint your building, the dates may be unclear so don't park your car near that building unless you are sure they are done working on it, if not they will let your car be filled with paint! The workers are careless, if you don't move your car they DO NOT CARE what happens to it. These apartments are right on US1 so be prepared for any crazy noises like sirens, honking ect. It is a gated area and you need a card to get in but, that card is $50. You are not given a card when first renting the apartment. Even if the card breaks or stops working for no reason you still have to pay for a new one. I definitely don't recommend anyone to live here. Read More

This place has made several improvements over the year and im glad i live here.the community itself is very quiet and reserved.you have a great view of the lake and the owners are extremely nice.i have no complaints since there are no aminals allowed i dont have to worry about them making noise and my neighbors are the best.
