Homestead Village Apartments

The property has been under new management for some months and nothing good has come out of it. They do not care about their tenants and recently raised the rent price for all units while us tenants have to go without hot water for WEEKS. Code enforcement has been called multiple times and fined them but yet the landlord and management company could care less to resolve any issues concerning property maintenance. Under horrible management. The Landlord ONLY comes between the 1st and the 5th of every month to collect checks. If utilities break, he doesn't care. You have to wait until his maintenance man comes, which is only on Wednesdays from about 9am-1pm. The maintenance man has two entire buildings to work on, so sometimes your request to have something fixed will takes WEEKS. One of the building 880 has been without hot water for 19 days now, and they show little urgency over the matter. There are... children and seniors living here, but they couldn't care less.
