Even though they have new management, they are wolves in sheeps clothing. I never had an issue with them until I moved out. They charge unnecessary fees. I was a great tenant. Never paid rent late. Never had any maintenance issues. Upon inspections never any issues. How can you charge someone cleaning fees when I had to clean it when I moved in. I should have charged them fees also. It is roach infested. They remodeled and the roaches got worst. No need to call the exterminator because that crap... doesn't work. I had to control the roaches on my own. For the past 3 years me, my mother and my 3 year old son have been living a nightmare. We moved into what we thought we could call our new home/apartment. After about a year everything started to happen to us. Our home was broken into then about 4-5 weeks later my truck. My mother is disabled and refined to a wheelchair so it's really been hard trying to get things back right. We have gone through getting our room window broken out by misbehaved teens while we was so close to getting hurt. We... have been trying to move out but don't make enough money and with my new born it's hard trying to find enough space with so little funds. Even with all that has happened to us at our apartment the leasting office and owner have yet to try and help. They tell us call the police who only take a report and we never hear from them again. Or the say move out and if we could we would. I think this could help us start a new life and help me protect my kids better if we were to win. We could then use the money we make by getting security systems and moving to a safer location were i can focus more on a career rather the pay a dead bead land lord please help us to father our lives thank you.
