We love it here!
It's going to be two years that I live here and I can say I have never had any type of problem. My kids and I love our apartment and feel very comfortable here. This is exactly what I was looking for when moving, It's always super quiet here. I also want to add Dayami is the BEST! She has helped me in any and everything I need since day 1. ;)

New Management
Very happy and pleased with new management. There has been a major difference in the cleanliness of the building. Policies and procedures are now being enforced to everyone which is a good thing. Previous manager was lazy, office always closed, not friendly. New personnel waves, says hi, and seems to truly care for the residents. Super happy!

Worst property management and staff
The building may look nice, but it’s not. The staff and management have disgusting attitudes and they do not know how to run a building. Do not live here.

Worst property management
I've been calling for 2 weeks to try to get an update on my application and it seems close to impossible to get a hold of anyone and 3 out of 4 times you show up and the manager is at "lunch" . It's ridiculous. This HOA needs to work on their people skills. Super unprofessional. I'm glad I can see their management issues this early on. Imgagine if I was a tenant trying to resolve an issue.
