NOBODY ANSWERS, NOBODY RESPONDS,NO BODY CARES
After repeatedly trying to contact the leasing office for basic information, I can honestly say this has been one of the most frustrating apartment-hunting experiences I've ever had.
Calls go unanswered, messages are ignored, and there seems to be little to no interest in assisting potential residents. It's hard to understand how a property can expect to attract new tenants when the staff cannot perform the most basic responsibility of answering the phone.
Professional Management, Inc. should... take a serious look at the team representing this property. The current staff is creating a terrible first impression and likely driving away prospective residents on a daily basis. If this is the level of communication before signing a lease, it raises serious concerns about the level of service residents receive after moving in.
A property is only as good as the people managing it, and unfortunately, the staff here is doing this community no favors. Management should strongly consider replacing or restructuring the leasing office team before more potential residents decide to take their business elsewhere.
Extremely disappointing and a complete waste of time.
