Feel at home in this great 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom villa at TradeWinds Homosassa Marina Resort. This villa has its own 2-car garage and the community has a great swimming pool. It offers direct access to the Gulf of Mexico for fishing, dolphin watching, or swimming.
This 4-bedroom villa is located on a dead-end street and is right on the canal. As you enter the house, you will find a cozy breakfast nook on your right-hand side. The kitchen is well equipped and the connecting dining room area offers enough room to host your group. The living room has a comfortable couch and a large TV. This villa has free Wi-Fi. On the back porch is a nice dining set and a barbecue, a nice place to enjoy your drinks and watch the boats go out and come in to the Marina. The master bedroom is located on the first floor and has a king-size bed and its own TV. The master bathroom has a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a bathtub. You will also find a half-bath on the first floor. On the second floor, there are three bedrooms. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and its own bathroom with a shower/tub combination.
