A True Gem!
From the moment I toured Artea, I knew I really liked it. But after just my first week living here, I can honestly say—I love it. This place has exceeded every expectation, and I already know I’ll be calling Artea home for a long time.
Location & Community
Artea is perfectly situated in San Marco, just a 3-minute walk to the Southbank Riverwalk. My mornings now start with coffee from the beautiful community room and a peaceful stroll by the river—often with dolphin sightings! The neighborhood... offers everything you could need: shops, restaurants, parks, salons, spas, coffee shops, and even the river taxi, which makes getting to downtown or the stadium effortless.
The Artea Experience
What really makes Artea special is everything beyond the basics. From the moment you walk into the leasing office, you’re welcomed by Sim, Isabella, and Tessa—an incredible team who make you feel truly at home. Their warmth and professionalism set the tone for everything else.
The community spaces are thoughtfully designed and beautifully maintained. The community room is a standout, offering cozy seating, a pool table, shuffleboard, arcade games, cold water, and great coffee. The pool area is equally impressive, with fan-cooled lounge spaces and two courtyards featuring built-in grills, sinks, fire pits, and even kid-friendly play areas.
Fitness lovers will appreciate the fully equipped gym—complete with state-of-the-art machines, weights, and even a sparring machine . And on the top floor, the stunning skylounge offers indoor/outdoor seating, breathtaking views of the St. Johns River, and a happy hour bar.
Luxury Living at Its Best
Our apartment is the definition of luxury. From soft-close cabinets and drawers to high-end fixtures and top-of-the-line appliances, no detail has been overlooked. There’s ample storage throughout and even an oversized washer and dryer that can handle all my bedding with ease.
Incredible Staff & Events
Sam, the head of maintenance, is a gem. He keeps the property pristine and is always smiling and approachable. The management team also goes above and beyond with curated community events—everything from yoga and painting nights to happy hour socials and game day watch parties.
Final Thoughts
I couldn’t be happier to call Artea home. It’s not just a place to live—it’s a community where you can truly thrive. If you're considering a move to San Marco, you owe it to yourself to check out Artea. You’ll be as in love with it as I am.
