Berkman Plaza Condos

I've lived at the Plaza for almost ten years, but the last year has been unbearable. If you buy or rent here there are a few things you should know;
The construction on the building will render your home completely unlivable for ten hours a day, even on saturdays. Noise levels over 90dB are common, with vibrations of up to 0.55 in/sec. You will not be able to make phonecalls, watch TV or listen to music with the noise pollution. It is an extremely stressful environment, that will make you suffer... mentally. It is NOT a good place to live right now. The board are completely incompetent and will threaten to fine you for complaining. The main attraction, i.e. the pool area has been out of action for approaching a year now, as well as the grills and putting green. The spa has been out of order for more than a year also. I recently retired and wanted a lifestyle change!! Boy did I get one!
