Lantern Square

Moved in a few months ago with a roommate who's been a resident for a couple years. Was a bit skeptical about the location at first but it's actually great! Tons of shopping + restaurants and a beautiful lake within walking distance. Apartment is spacious and feels brand new. Ceiling fans in every room and a/c is super cold! Office staff and maintenance are super helpful and friendly. I normally hate valet trash service after horrible experiences everywhere I've ever had it. But the company they... use here is fantastic and I now LOVE it! My trash bags and recycling are actually picked up every night on time and the workers couldn't be more friendly. I am going on three years living here and I wouldn't change a thing. Every time I request something for my apartment they handle it right away. The free trash pickup at your door 5 days a week is something you could over-look but is very amazing. It's quite and parking is never an issue. And lastly its located right next to 295 and Southside. If you are apartment shopping I highly recommend you check this place out.

We've recently moved in to Kendall lakes apartments and we are in love with this place! Always great help from the office and very kind and welcoming, nothing but good things to say about this place, very clean and homey, it's a wonderful place to live I would recommend to anyone that this is the place to live, in such a convenient area connected to cute little shops and walking distance to many stores close to movie theater close to base which is convenient for me being stationed at Navsta... I live in a 1 bedroom apt with over 800 sq feet beautifully laid out with a washer and dryer for 799$ a month, they are dog and military friendly, and just very understanding and will really work with you and get you whatever you need. The maintenance staff is very accommodating and friendly as well. Not to mention they have there own sherrifs who patrol the spaces as well as a pool and to top it all off a trash butler!
