Lions Head Apartments

Lionshead apartment has changed from a home environment atmosphere to a non caring business that has gone up in rental amounts and the rent that they are requesting does NOT in any way come up to modern standards. It floods out here when it rains normally, however on a hard rain you need a BOAT to come in and out. There are no gutter spouts attached to any building rain pours down front and back porches. After5pm they are not concerned with what goes on on the premises. Illegal dogs such as... large pit bulls and mixed dangerous breed of dogs, they dont care anymore, modern times has brought about non-caring businesses such as Lionshead Apartment. The Rent is astronomical and the pool has been leaking for years onto the property, there are no play amenities for any kid any where, rotten trees falling (and when reported nothing is done the fallen branches are still on the ground. Honestly if you’re able to get in it’s not bad at all . If your looking to save money but want to be near accessible locations , restaurants and highways, it’s the perfect spot ... been here two years , haven’t witness crime . Maintence is a little slow but they’ll always respond immediately unless it’s weekend lol . My only complaint is being near a hospital , if you have sleeping issues I wouldn’t recommend due to ambulance sirens every 20 min and those darn palmetto bugs from outside woods... area . Read More
