LARAMAR GROUP

So LARAMAR GROUP took over and is trying to jack up rent by over $125 in the MIDDLE of our lease. The apartment had bugs when we moved in and they said pest control would be here every Monday. They have only been here one time since we moved in. The office has been closed for 2 days so we cant even get a copy of our lease.

ok for what you pay

getting you trash to the dumpster is a serious issue as one dumpster is for all the apartments and it is always full. most of the units are infested with roaches and pest control never does their job properly. it also feels like they bleed your wallet dry with extra fees and bills.
the apartments are pretty comfortable though, and if you get one on lake side, the view is beautiful. Also great area as I am never far from anything I need.

Worst Living Situation

This is by far the worst living situation I've ever been in. Like previously stated, the complex is full of insects and you are held responsible. The maintenance staff will come to your apartment without prior 24hour notice. My lease is nearly over and the things I've said that need to be fixed or replace STILL has not been replaced or fixed. The apartment is way over priced for its location and the office staff is rude and I've witness one watch the phone ring and not answer. One dumpster for… all the units and it's ALWAYS overflowing. A dusting sight to be completely honest. The only thing that is worth living here is how quiet it is. Even through the summer. I rarely heard kids running and screaming. I wish I never took a chance on this place.

Waste of time

False advertising. They have no one bedroom apartment for rent. The location is horrible. The Staff is haughty and Snobbish. The apartments are over priced. And they are liars.Its not with the price. Don't waste your time going there.
