No pest control whatsoever, NO regular maintenance ,even when they do come they don't finish or follow through on repairs. We have outlets that don't work, they sent out a handyman that knows less about it than I do, He said he would get with his supervisor and he would return and he never returned and it has been several months now. we have informed them of other issues and no one has come to fix anything. Our oven doesn't work, I can hear significant leaking behind the wall in the bathroom etc... etc. Trash at all dumpsters overflowing badly. Vagrants living in empty apts. Roaches are insane inside the place (no matter how clean you keep the apartment). We have put in requests for different types of maintenance, we never receive them. Crime is bad there and they have done absolutely nothing to eliminate the crime. We never gotten our bathroom sink replaced even after being told we will have one available. Don't waste money or time at that place. It's not worth the price which they are offering.
