Over priced and under cared for

During my time living here the building was sold three separate Times. Among all that there were times where I had no water or air conditioning. For weeks. All because the management didn’t pay JEA what they were supposed to. It’s incredibly overpriced for the small space you actually get. If it were me I wouldn’t live here.

LOVE THAT PRICE

My apartment is older, I will admit but there is one thing to love about this place. You are not going to find anyplace in town (that is decent) for the price of this apartment complex. They have dumpster pickup, maintenance man who comes quickly when you need him and a pleasant office staff. Oh, and did I mention the price. I am not going to tell you how low it is, you will just have to check it out yourself. Post Street Apartments. Oh, I don't work for the company but I sure would like to... win this contest. Rent is low but I still would love for someone it pay it for me!
