I just moved in last week, and I am already so blown away by the outstanding service here that I had to leave a review. The entire team at Presidium Regal has gone above and beyond to make this place truly feel like home right from the start. No matter when I called or reached out with a question, they were always friendly, attentive, and ready to help.
I want to give a huge, individualized thank you to three amazing women who made my transition here so seamless:
Jessica: As my leasing agent,... you were an absolute dream to work with. Your patience, constant communication, and dedication throughout the entire process meant the world to me. You went completely above and beyond to make sure my move-in was perfect, and your genuine kindness made all the difference!
Selena: Thank you so much for your incredible leadership in management. You are a true problem-solver who immediately takes charge to make sure residents are taken care of. Your reassurance, quick action, and amazing initiative made a huge difference for me, and I appreciate you so much!

We want to say thank you to Noah for helping us with an incredibly gross situation. He saved the day. He went above and beyond all expectations of any maintenance worker ever. He came in knowing how gross the situation was, took a deep breath, and faced the issue. It truly shows how much he cares about the residents here. We can always count on him.

We had a great experience from our very first visit to the property. Selina gave us an excellent tour and recommended a unit with a swimming pool view—something I’ve come to absolutely love. I truly enjoy having my morning tea on the balcony and taking in the view.

I’m so glad we listened to her advice. Selina is wonderful—she stayed in touch with updates throughout the process and even checked in on us after we moved in, which we really appreciated.
