Reserve At Waters

The management that has taken over is rude rude rude. You speak they dont speak back. You go to renew the lease they start talking on the phone not even paying you any attention. Rude no customer service AT ALL. They dont fix nothing but steady posting colored notes on the door with all these rules and still in yet stuff still broken. Dont move here if you do and you get an apt facing the river or around double inspect the place because alot of them were under water during the storm.

These apartments are the best and quiet place to live entertainment and be. They are ver friendly and welcoming and will work with you. Mrs. Kim is very hard working Manger and is very nice and takes the time out her day to assist her teneats. She makes sure your living and is comfortable and you love were you stay! Staying out in Reserve at Waters Inlet is like living in paradise!

1 br den is nice. Enjoyable view to the river. Recently changed ownership that has enhanced the scenery. Working class neighbors; everyone is off to work by 9 usually.
Downside, you can hear absolutely everything that happens outside your door. For a 3 week period, there was gunshots fired and unfortunately found a bullet hole in my vehicle.

My apartments are so quite I love it, I recommend anyone to move in. The people are nice, and you'll feel at home.
