Highly recommend

It is a journey to become a part of this community. I am pleased to be able to finally call myself resident. It is a well taken care of property with plenty of friendly tenants. I find the pond and fountain to be most beautiful.

Very pleasant, professional, and helpful

In the comimg months, I, will be transferring my employment from out of town to our Jacksonville location. As a result, I, went online and looked into several different apartments to consider moving into. Needless to say when I came across Ryan Oaks Apartments, I was very pleased. The reviews from previous and current resident's had such nice words to say about the apartments, locations, safety of the environment, maintenance staff, and the office staff as well. I began to communicate with... Office Manger Alexis, and let me just say she was very informative, courteous, accommodating, and ready to assist. I'm very big on professionalism, respect, and kindness and Alexis has displayed that. I'm only in the beginning stages of their process but it is my sincere hope that I am approved and can call Ryan Oaks home soon.

Roaches and trash

Trash is everywhere and have had roach infestation since day we moved in.

There's no place like home, LITERALLY

I've lived in Ryan Oaks for 11 months and I must say, by far the most relaxing place after double shifts at work. When I first moved in, I wasn't satisfied because the neighbors above me were (and still are) extremely loud. After about 3 months, I'm glad to know that I can grab my broomstick and bang it against the roof like a grumpy old woman and the neighbors upstairs settle down. Overall, the apartment I'm in is cozy and I love living here and waking up Saturday mornings to my next door... neighbor doing karaoke to his 2001 NSYNC album even though he sounds like the duck from the Aflac commercial
