Shore House

… I waisted $300 on a deposit for E138. I’ve called multiple times a day. Left multiple messages. This place does not respond. Complete waste of money time & effort. If I could give half a star I would. I had access to a website to pay deposit & first months rent. Now I don’t have access, don’t have anyone to talk to… this place is a complete mess

They have roaches and bad people and half of the stuff doesn’t even work and they don’t come fix anything properly.

Management is rude, they changed our apartment without telling us after we put our application in to a unit with no washer and dryer connect and changed our move in date without telling us. Would not recommend wasting your time.

As I am writing this review, it is winter time and cold. My heat has not been working for over a week! I put in I'm maintenance order and contacted the office about my heat on day one. Day two I contacted the office and put in another order. Day 3, Day 4, Day 5, Day 6,7,8 still today my heat is not working nor have they made an attempt to even come and look at the heater! Communication could be a trillion times better! If they do get tired of communicating they will just send your calls to voicemail! They have an email automated response dated back to last year, meaning any email you send to boathouse isn’t actually going through.
My new apartment has not been able to receive rental verification due to these problems! It can be nearly impossible to get shorehouse/boathouse apartments to do anything!!!! Living there was already a nightmare, even now that I don’t... live there the nightmare is still following me!
