Poor Quality homes
I moved into the Spartina Cove community back in January 2022 and it has been a sub par experience to say the least. The community was built very cheaply and we had mold in our kitchen.
The mold wasn't just a little bit, it was the entire bottom half of the kitchen that was covered in it and it all had to be ripped out (from counter to floor).
I am very disappointed in the lack of any quality control with this. Even down the street you can see the new homes being built and they leave the... sheetrock for the drywall in exposed garages where they can easily get wet if it rains. Other wooden planks are left on top of puddles too and get sunshine and rain.
We moved in on January 15th and it is currently February 21st and the problems have yet to be resolved.
