the apt and staff themself are amazing. but the gates constantly being broke by drivers then being chained and barricaded so everyone has to exit all the way at the front into merrill which is hard to get out at. and parking. if i go to store after 5-6 pm majority of the time i cannot park near my building

So far a quiet friendly atmosphere. Enjoy the home feeling. I like the convenience and space as well as not having any issues getting a parking spot close to my apartment. I enjoy the shade if the trees, this is especially convenient when relaxing on the screened patio.
