St. Johns Forest Apartments

I like my apartment, it's location, and my neighbors. My rent is reasonable and the maintenance has improved since I have here over the past 3 years. Very happy with the maintenance staff especially since it's my main reason I rent vrs buying a house. The issues I have is the mail trash bins not cleaned daily but that's not a requirement. Some residents and their kids are throwing trash on the ground over the weekend, damaging the back gates causing it to be locked while getting fixed and... throwing dog waste bags in the mail trash bins. Most of the issues are more the residents than the apartments staff, so my overall experience is very good. Lee mas

Had hiccups with roaches in the beginning, had to hire an external exterminator company- the parking is a huge issue in my area. Gates never work properly. Super close to my family and super close to the highway. Lived in Arlington my whole life.

I like the section of the complex, which I live. I really enjoy the events planned by the office; and look forward to the food trucks.
The office staff is cordial and very helpful. There have been times when I have not been very calm, and the staff still remained professional .
For the most part, I have no major complaints or concerns.

Everyone was really friendly and helpful. I have been here a coming up on a year and have enjoyed the location and the amenities that are offered like the gym and 2 pools.

Great environment, people are so kind when you come for first time to ask for a lease.

The amenities are in good conditions, I think the only thing that I want to modify is the gym hours, because i need pay another external gym to exercise my self because my job journey
