This apartment complex has been great for me. The pool is beautiful and management provides services in such a timely manner. My puppy loves to use the dog park which is super clean and provides the perfect space for him to run and play with his other dog friends. I am so happy to be a resident at Steele Creek!

We recently toured the community as a potential new home for us and were very satisfied. All the amenities are clean and well taken care of and the pool is BEAUTIFUL! Not only was the community amazing but so was the staff. We toured with Kelli and she was great! She was super informative, knowledgeable, and sweet. She answered any and all questions we had. Steele Creek is definitely one of our top contenders.

Overall the complex is nice but just beware of the possible charges you will get hit with especially if you have a pet. They do lift up the carpets so if you spill anything and even if you cleaned it they will replace the entire rug. We also got charged for a cleaning fee and the pictures they sent us was because of lint in the dryer and a small splatter stain that I just forgot to wipe on the counter. Also beware no ceiling fans. Also beware the doors automatically lock so you’ll be charged $50... for it to be unlocked not during office hours and it’s one guy who takes like 30 min every time. I've lived at Steele Creek Since it opening in January of 2018. My experience here has been phenomenal. The apartments are spacious, we are on the 4th floor and I never hear my neighbors to my right or left! The finishes within the apartments are much higher quality than most in the area (I love the counter tops and carpets!) and the staff is amazing! Yes, the community was sold last year BUT all the original staff stayed with the community so little to nothing has changed in terms of service!... They throw awesome resident events, communicate effectively and the maintenance guys are knowledgeable and tentative. Honestly, you can tell they care about the reputation of the community and it shows. We love love the central location it's in, just outside of town center and access to all the major highways within a couple minutes! We look forward to renewing our lease again this year! :) Read More
