so far so great the place is very clean and the maintenance people are nice. The amenities are well kept and I love the location where you’re not far from towncenter but not dealing with the traffic from it.

I absolutely love living at SUR Southside Quarter Apartments! Everything about my experience has been great. Everyone on the staff is friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. I especially appreciate how quickly any issue or concern I have is addressed and resolved. I never feel like I’m being ignored, and it’s reassuring to know that when something comes up, the staff takes care of it as soon as possible. Overall, I’m very happy living here and truly feel at home. I would definitely… recommend SUR Southside Quarter Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live!

Good luck

Don’t recommend any Greystar owned properties. Move out “fees” for paint, cleaning, carpet cleaning are ridiculously inflated compared to other communities I’ve lived in. Don’t bother calling them because their phones don’t even ring.
