Don’t Live Here Until Management Changes
Love my actual unit. But management is a disaster. They’ve been bad from the get go but exponentially worse in the last months. From moving in nearly 2 years ago, management actively ignores my emails and calls. We are accruing new charges monthly that they won’t take accountability for. This is not isolated to my unit. The entire complex is being subjected to erroneous billing. The third party service used for billing is being blamed but when contacting that service, they say it’s directly from... the management company. Maintenance is marked as completed when nothing has been done//I’ve been in my unit when said service requests were marked completed and actually ignored. I don’t recommend moving to the Felix until management changes. Specifically Chelsea
