Roach infested Terrible buildings
You get what you pay for. Everything is old and broken. They use cheap material and charge you when they break. Not a safe community either. Cops are always around the building with lights on and people out smoking weed and causing commotions. The staff and maintenance crew are friendly and do a good job but the property is just horrible and dangerous. Packages will get stolen and community areas are vandalized or crowded with kids up to no good. Oh and we had roach infestations through out our... whole lease. Every week pest control just sprayed and it did nothing. We bought or own tools to try to get rid of the roaches but they kept coming through the vents and cracks. Oh and when you move out, they’ll over charge you on any fees they can get out of you. Don’t expect your security deposit back
