Roach infested Terrible buildings

You get what you pay for. Everything is old and broken. They use cheap material and charge you when they break. Not a safe community either. Cops are always around the building with lights on and people out smoking weed and causing commotions. The staff and maintenance crew are friendly and do a good job but the property is just horrible and dangerous. Packages will get stolen and community areas are vandalized or crowded with kids up to no good. Oh and we had roach infestations through out our… whole lease. Every week pest control just sprayed and it did nothing. We bought or own tools to try to get rid of the roaches but they kept coming through the vents and cracks. Oh and when you move out, they’ll over charge you on any fees they can get out of you. Don’t expect your security deposit back

Roach city

Bugs, bugs, bugs, and more bugs. Never lived anywhere that was half as bad as this place when it comes to pests, avoid.

Terrible- the worst - Do Not Move Here

- these apartments are old (30 years) you will pay double for air conditioning compared to a place that has newer ac units.
- there is a major cockroach problem!!!
- there is a noise problem- lots of partying, loud music, after hours issues at the pool (which the management does nothing about)
- this is a money hungry large corporate company which will consistently raise your rents and you will certainly pay if you break your lease
- they will charge you unreasonable move out fees in you leave… anything in the breezeway while you move out, like if you are returning your water bottles to the water bottle service company; even if you called to let them know
- as this is a very old building- you will constantly have thing breaking down. Very poor plumbing, ice machines breaking, dishwasher issues. The ventilation system has not been cleaning in over 30 years… think recycled dust.

HORRIBLE

if I could give them zero stars I would. Grounds always filled with trash. No one picks up their dog poop. They don’t regulate parking so people will double park in front of you. Three fights in three nights. First day I moved in the apartment was infested with roaches

The staff is excellent and always smiking, the landscape is pretty, sometimes maintenance is slow when they are short staffed but it gets done
