Uptown at St. John's

Lived here for 3 1/2 years in a very expensive unit. Loved it for the first three years, hated it the past 6-12 mos, beginning when ZRS management took over. We paid to exit our lease early, as it was no longer an elegant residence at the Town Center. We moved due to the weak management, poor security, unruly residents screaming in the hallways, stained carpets in the hallway. The area around the main office is immaculate, but the upper floors rarely get attention, and have dog hair and... stains from pet excrement and trails of trash drippings throughout. Trash chutes smell as you walk down the hall. There is graffiti in the stairwells, stairs are stained with food and soft drinks spills, and are never cleaned. The exterior doors which require a key fob for entry, are never really locked. Many of the longtime residents have exited this property in the past six months due to the ZRS management. The uptown is a amazing place and great community where everybody coexist llike one, no matter where you from or which language you speak. The uptown is a lovely place .

The Uptown is in a great location. Easy freeway access and centrally located. Close to the beaches and downtown. In addition to the high end shops at St. John's Town Center, the perimeter of the mall has everything you need - banks, Target, Publix, fast food... The complex is newer and has a great gym and some nice common areas. Downside is that unless you pay for a parking garage, parking is first come first serve which means you have a long walk to your car. The details are not always... attended to coffee station is often out of coffee, common area restrooms are not always clean, control panels for TV's in common areas don't work... These are beautiful apartments. Upgrades include front-loading W/D, beautiful dark wood kitchen cabinets, granite counter-top, tile in kitchen, hall & bath. I walk out the door & I'm literally in my favorite shopping center. No need to try to find someplace to park.

Pool & clubhouse are awesome.

I have lived in several apartments over the last several years and this place is well managed and the property maintained. The fitness center is very nice as well as the pool and grill area. The only issue is that they don't recycle at the building. Other then that I have great neighbors and enjoy living here.
