Do not attempt to lease a unit at this property.
No one returns calls.
Leasing staff quits with no notice.
Paid for rent.
Still haven’t received a key to enter despite fact I have a signed lease.

The Views is a great place to live as it is a small apartment community, it has elevators, & it offers easy access to Atlantic Blvd.

I am upset regarding trash pick up. I leave for work at 6:15 am. I dont get in until 8-8:30 pm whicb my understanding is I cant place trash out to be collected. Also, the elevator is unpredictable when I haveworked 14-15 hours it is very frustrating to walk up four floors holding nursing bag and food or grocery items.
