Great place to call home

Spacious apartments, maintenance requests are handled with 24 hrs, sometimes sooner. Excellent front office staff, friendly and helpful. Security always on alert ... Truly a great place to call home. Only regret is I didn't move in sooner!!!

Watersridge apartment

Watersridge apartments are very spacious and the leasing office personnel are very friendly. The complex is very quiet and clean.

Family affordable nice community!

I love living at WatersRidge. It is a quiet community with na awesome location 7 minutes from Town Center Shopping Center and in between Atlantic and Beach Blvd. The prices are definitely fair and the staff is very helpful!

Great place to live

We love it here! Family oriented, we feel safe, amazing office personnel, clean grounds, work orders done in a timely manner. Love the layout of the apartment and location

Awesome place

I live in Waters Ridge! They are very professional and family oriented. They have awesome get togethers so we can all get together and meet our fellow neighbors. I would recommend this place to anyone.
