I've been here since i moved to Jacksonville back in 2021, i love the area. It is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. Maintenance is always quick when it comes to repairs.

My only complaint is that McB’s bar is right next to my building and they have a vent that blows cigarette smoke and alcohol stench daily. Besides that I feel like this is safe and respectful community with lots of families living here.

Property Manager and workers are very polite. Very quick to issues on the property. Very nice and caring. Good area for our kids. Love the amenities on property like the pool, the park and the dog park
