move in if you want disappointment
Been living here for years & have seen this apartment complex crumble each year. Jumping to management and managers like no other & only raising rent up drastically with no renovations to the apartment itself.

Renters beware!
Lived there 6 years poorly maintained, pool dirty most of the time, laundry rooms filthy, lots of leaks. Rats and bugs along with termites. Didn't use to be this way, has gone down year by year. Expect to be bombarded with eviction notices for everything mostly unsubstantiated. Police there all the time. Can't wait for lease to end.

I've been resident here for over two years and enjoy living here. Good location...close to shopping stores. We have a very friendly and helpful manager who cares about the residents. The maintenance staff is very friendly and always responds quickly.

Its definitely not the best here at briar hill apartments there very all over the place I've received 3 day notices saying i owed money when it was false i did not owe anything thank god i keep all my receipts for my payments the ceiling leaks are fridge leaks an are toilet is always having plumbing issues an they forget days on out to fix this stuff that I've started giving up on them i would not recommend anyone to stay here. I have made it home for now though.
