In my personal experience, I've made multiple requests and they've rarely fixed the problem, or like this last time I requested a repair because of the cockroaches, and they just put a piece of foam with tape on the laundry room door frame—in other words, they did something different. For me, that's an area that needs improvement.

We have been here for 14 years. Seen a lot of people come and go. Staff has always been respectful and helpful. We know the stress that they are under trying to make everyone happy. Patience and understanding go a long way. Hopefully other residents and future residents appreciate that.We just renewed again!
