I currently live at Academy at Waterford Lakes, and overall I’ve had a positive experience. The community is well maintained, and whenever maintenance is needed, the team is helpful and works to resolve issues in a timely manner.

The staff is friendly and always willing to assist, which makes a big difference. I also appreciate the peaceful environment and the convenient location, which makes everyday living more comfortable.

Overall, it’s a nice place to live, and I would recommend it to… anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming community.

I’ve been living at Academy at Waterford Lake since 2016, and the maintenance service has been consistently disappointing. Most of the time when something breaks, I end up fixing it myself because maintenance either doesn’t respond or doesn’t do the job properly.

For example, I reported that the light at the entrance of my apartment was out, and it took weeks before it was finally fixed. During that time, I had to use my phone flashlight just to get into my home at night. I’ve also reported… mold issues multiple times, and instead of properly removing it, maintenance just paints over the stains — which does nothing to solve the problem.

These issues have been ongoing for far too long, and it’s unacceptable. I expect repairs to be handled promptly and correctly, not temporarily covered up.

Too expensive! I know it might be the lowest or one of the lowest property of rent in the area, but need major upgrading. For the amount of rent, cabinets and flooring need to get upgraded.
