I have lived at Avanath for 14 years, and over the years I’ve met a lot of people in the office who are friendly and helpful. The complex itself is in a great area — it’s very quiet at night and overall a beautiful place to live.

That said, my apartment definitely needs some upgrades. Fresh paint, new rugs, updated appliances, and a remodeled bathroom would make a huge difference. Many times I’ve submitted service requests, but they often go unanswered. As a result, I have cracked walls, a... bathtub that’s falling apart, slow hot water, and a very old stove.

If maintenance and apartment updates were more responsive, this would be a beautiful place to live. The community and location are excellent it’s just unfortunate that keeping the apartments updated has been so challenging.
