STAY AWAY!

I wish someone had warned me: this place feels less like a home and more like poorly maintained low-income housing. Seriously, if you value your health and peace, look elsewhere.

The walls are paper-thin. I hear everything—from the person above me using the restroom to the person next door having sex. It is impossible to have any privacy or quiet time. On top of that, people constantly blast music so loud the bass physically shakes the walls of my unit. Every time a neighbor closes their door… in the hallway, my entire apartment rattles. The hallways are consistently filthy and disgusting. The property management does absolutely nothing to maintain basic cleanliness. Don't even get me started on the fire ants—they are a pervasive, ongoing pest problem that management ignores.

The building constantly smells like weed, which is both unpleasant and a clear indicator of poor management control. Speaking of management, they are completely unreliable. They frequently schedule inspections or maintenance and then are no-call, no-show. They do not care about residents or the state of the property.

Please if you care about your mental health and well-being. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

Terrible!

I really wish someone had warned me about what it is actually like to live here. The biggest issue is the total lack of privacy and quiet. The walls are incredibly thin, meaning you can hear almost every sound from your neighbors next door and above you, including their daily routines. On top of that, people constantly blast music with heavy bass that shakes the unit, and whenever anyone closes a hallway door, the whole apartment rattles.The upkeep of the property is also highly disappointing.… The hallways are consistently dirty, and management does not seem to care about basic cleanliness. There is also a major, ongoing issue with fire ants that has completely gone ignored. The building frequently smells like marijuana, which travels right into the apartments. To make matters worse, management is entirely unreliable. They regularly schedule maintenance or inspections and then simply never show up, with zero communication or follow-up. It is clear they do not care about the residents or the condition of the building. If you value your peace of mind and well-being, I highly recommend looking at other options
