The agents at the office are very helpful, but once moved-in, I noticed a few things that they seem to avoid taking care of; Ex: left over pile of Garbage less than 50 feet from our Building, and the Landscaping crew does a little as possible; we have dead bushes and un-attended shrubbery that looks like it hasn't been trimmed in Months. If you move here, plan to look around really well, otherwise you'll be chasing the Office to do these things that should've been done, BEFORE you move in.

The floor plan is spacious in comparison to others in the area. Plenty of parking available. The best maintenance crew. They respond within 24 hours on non-emergency requests.

We love how quiet it is here and Tempestt in the office always takes care of us. We have been here for almost 5 years and enjoy it. The amenities are always clean and the maintenance crew are on top of any issues that need resolving.

3 things that I like are that it is a smoke free community, the maintenance team is very efficient and the response time is within 24 hours for non-emergency situations. Last but not least, I have never encountered a parking issue. Always plenty parking spots.

It’s okay, sometimes It’s quiet but it could be more quiet. Don’t like the speed bumps but I get why they installed them. Wish the grounds were nicer
