Regency Park at Lake Mary

This place uses trash pickup at the door because the dumpster cannot handle the many residents (it's always overflowing). The problem is that they stopped picking up the trash everyday (because they are cheap). The biggest problem is they only pick it up intermittently a couple days a week. So, you have to keep dirty trash in your house on some days and sometimes have to deal with trash strewn by your front door (from racoons) because they randomly decided not to get your trash. Their exercise... room is really pathetic. They also lock up the back gate so vehicles can't get in - even with a code - this causes huge problems for random delivery people and uber. Love it here - just need to get closer to my work place. A 1 1/2 hour commute each way is too much!

I love my apartment. I would like to continue living here because me being a renter I don't have to worry about the maintenance in or at the apartment building. I don't have time to do any of this because I work a lot. I would greatly appreciate the help. It would really help me and my family out a lot.
