Great Location, but otherwise not good.
Great Location! Easy walking distance to waterside, and it almost makes up for how bad the place is run and designed, but not quite. Main issues-shared garbage chute, first floor often is full, especially on weekends, (I imagine any patio near the garbage room is unusable due to smell a lot of days), they insist on cleaning hallways with GAS POWERED leaf blowers and the units are not well insulated: probably dangerous sound levels inside the apartment, dog poop dispensers are not collected on... weekends-be warned if you can see one from your patio. Also one building is near the neighboring pickleball court, so get used to the sound of the ball bouncing back and forth. Many issues are correctable or at lead manageable but management staff at the complex and senior maintenance do not seem to care. They respond politely, but then do not do anything. It is really run like a low end apartment complex but you are charged like it is a top end one.

We're sorry to hear that other aspects of your experience have been frustrating. We understand your concerns... regarding the hallway cleaning, pet waste stations, and trash areas. When concerns were brought to our attention about the noise from the hallway cleaning, our team immediately stopped the activity and has since been discussing alternative ways to maintain the outdoor hallways while reducing noise for residents. Regarding the pet waste stations, our maintenance team is on call for emergencies during the weekends, but we will be making sure the stations are serviced before the weekend to help prevent them from becoming full. We also understand your concerns about the trash chute area and appreciate you bringing them to our attention. Feedback like yours helps us identify areas where we can improve. We're especially disappointed to hear that you feel your concerns were not addressed. Our goal is always to listen and respond when residents bring issues to us.
