Slum

This used to be a nice apartment complex. Now it is a scary place to live. The security has disappeared, the gates are never closed, and the staff allows anyone to enter. I can't go use the amenities anymore because they are overrun with people with bad intentions. Apartments are being broken into daily; I can't have anyone visit because of the strong smell of marijuana everywhere, and I just do not feel safe anymore.

Best apartment community I have ever stayed in.

Well maintained grounds, gorgeous apartment, and super close to my work at St. Joseph's Hospital South. It's a bit expensive, but everything is right now.

Amazing Property

I was in the process of moving to FL. Looked online for months at different apartments. Love the fact it’s Brand New and they don’t nickel and dime you in
unnecessary fees: smart home, parking sticker, and amenity fees. Here you get sooo much without having too pay for it. The staff plans social events EVERY week. The property is so Beautiful. I signed the lease without seeing in person. Can’t imagine living anywhere else.
