Great place to live and awesome staff!

I had a wonderful experience moving into Brea at Lakewood Ranch Apartments. The entire community is beautiful, but the customer service is what truly sets it apart.A special shoutout goes to Joe, who was absolutely outstanding throughout the whole process! He went above and beyond to make my move-in seamless, stress-free, and incredibly easy. Joe was professional, welcoming, and answered all of my questions on the spot.If you are looking for a great place to live with a team that actually cares… about its residents, look no further than Brea at Lakewood Ranch. Ask for Joe!

Pass on this property

Convenient location close to everything. The pool and gym are nice, but common areas are not well maintained.
This place is not good value for the rent. The unit finishes and appliances are basic at best.
Management is unresponsive with poor communication. Maintenance is slow, and their 24/7 emergency service has failed me twice.
The Luxor package system is unreliable, with many packages left unsecured on the floor. Noise and smoke travel easily between units.
I would not recommend leasing here.

Feels like home, I had to renew!

I am currently about to hit my one year mark of residence at Brea! I cannot express how grateful I am for the experience of living here. The thought my year here, I’ve had nothing but a great place to call home. As a new in career young adult, there’s nothing better than coming home to a clean residence, wonderful neighbors and a safe place to call your own. The staff has done an extraordinary job of making us feel welcomed with their great personalities, always kept the residents engaged with… well tailored activities and their warm hospitality. The manager Dan and his wonderful team of Mikael, Sarah, Emy, Stephanie, Ariel and Silas, have done a wonderful job of making this place feel like home for me. The amenities are spectacular and you can never get bored, coupled with the most convenient location to live in terms of work and restaurants! Needless to say I am grateful to be here and here’s to Renewing another year!

Apartment that feels like a Hotel with great service

We have rented and apartment at Brea in Lakewood Ranch and it is a little like staying at a hotel. The apartment is new and nice. The amenities are what makes it feel like a hotel. There is a great swimming pool, a few areas for relaxing inside or outside. There are many activity areas for playing a game of pool, Bocce ball, Corn ball, etc. or cook on the outdoor grills provided by Brea.
Everyone is very supportive. We needed a few items attended to when we moved in and support was there… quickly.
Love this place. Looking for more nice people to move in.
