Great experience at Altis Grand Kendall

We recently moved into Altis Grand Kendall and have had a great experience so far. The property is modern, clean, and well maintained, and the amenities are beautiful.

Nicole, the leasing manager, was outstanding throughout the entire process. She was professional, responsive, and made our move smooth and stress free. We truly appreciate her help and are excited to be part of the community! ?????

Really

The management staff is awesome but I question the maintenance squad at times.

How are you going to replace a broken refrigerator with a refrigerator that has physical damage and is not fully functioning ? Replacement units should be new out of the box, not just removed from a vacant unit and brought up the elevator.

Ice maker not functioning.
