Poorly maintained and managed. Loud, inconsiderate tenants, smoking is a major issue both cigarette and pot, no pool chairs, tennis courts never repaired or reopened. Overall terrible place to rent or own.

Community is managed by a company called Ameri-tech which is horrible. Rules are not upheld. Many tenants are obnoxiously loud and do not clean up after themselves. Smoking is a major nuisance. Do not live here.

ALOT of rules and regulations but the apartments are poorly kept up, not to mention the monthly construction or pesticide tenting. Which leaves nails and wood around each apartment building. Pool is rarely open or usable. Grass isn’t able to grow cause lawn services don’t rake up leaves so plant life around the apartments are dying. Tennis court is atrocious, a big eye sore. No playground and kids are not permitted to play outside with skateboards, skates, bicycles or scooters. The complex also... likes to “try” to fix things and leave it unfinished like painting the outside of the apartment building but didn’t replace the house numbers and was told to replace them myself out of pocket and not allowed to hang a sign of the house numbers. Also have a rule of how loud your tv or radio may be but not considerate of people who may be deaf or partially deaf. There’s stairs without railings on the outside of the apartment building due to long tedious construction. If you are looking for apartment that’s a bit of a step up from jail, this place is for you.
